2 more storms with rain snow and colder air

A couple of spring like storms will bring more unsettled weather our way over the next couple of days. The brunt of the storms will be felt over the southern mountains and foothills. The San Juans, Wets and Sangre de Cristo mountains and even parts of the southern foothills around Walsenburg and Trinidad will get 6-12" of snow by thursday morning. Cuchara could get up to 18" of snow by thursday morning. The lower elevations will see rain and snow showers, up to an inch of snow is certainly possible by thursday morning. Dry skies with warmer temperatues to start the weekend.
