5 People arrested on meth charges in Fremont County

The Fremont County Drug Task Force has arrested 5 people for a variety of drugs charges, and child abuse. A 3 month investigation led to those arrests. 

Tiane Bramwell, 44, Kimberly Lucero, 43, Robert Lucero, 46, Jessica Brand, 33, and Matthew Lee Boyd Jr. were all arrested on charges of distributing meth. Some are also facing charges of distributing meth and prescription drugs.

Kimberly Lucero's also facing child abuse charges. Canon City police say a total of 6 children were removed from the homes of Lucero, Brand, and Boyd. They've been placed with the Department of Human Services. 

Police say more arrests are anticipated.
