The new exhibit at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center features some works that are out of this world.  The NASA exhibit opens Friday night and features more than 70 space-themed works.

Many of the pieces come from the space agency's own collection and include big name artists like Norman Rockwell and Andy Warhol.  There are also multimedia works that were created by local artists.

"What we've tried to do is bring a range of local artist and their responses to space exploration to compliment the NASA art show," said curator Blake Milteer.

The exhibit will be on display until early March.
