Residents of an assisted living center in Colorado Springs have been evacuated to the second floor of the center, because of flooding during Tuesday night's downpour.  The Colorado Springs Fire Department and staff at the Winslow Court Retirement Community on San Miguel were able to get everyone to safety in about 20 minutes.

The sales advisor for the center says most of the people were on the first floor for musical entertainment when the rain began, so the move went quickly. Katie Napper says 148 people live at the center.
