A toddler died at Memorial Hospital on Friday night after falling from the third-story of an apartment building in southern Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs Police  got a call at 7:30 p.m. that the 15-month-old boy fell from the apartment's balcony.

The incident occurred at the Cedar Crest Apartments at 2010 Carmel Dr.  The Crimes Against Children Unit is investigating the death, but as of now it looks like an accident.

They accidently did not watch there kid as he fell off a 3rd story balcony , just like the lady accidently smother her kid or the foster parent who accidently threw a kid into a table it seems to me someone isn't doing there job properly or covering up something but yet DHS harrases the parents who don't deserve to be harrased becaus there kids are dirty or there house is dirty but yet they never harass the people killing there kids or truely abuseing there kids  they write those reports off as accidents why are we paying these peoples salarys when they can't even do there jobs me personally i think they mess with the people they can collect money from and collect all the money they can from them and adopt there kids out its a business to do more reaserch your self there is a website called www.fightcps.com and there are laws thet prevent these people from breaking your civil rights and that way everyone ghets treated equal its called the color nof state law 1983 case litigation title 42 its where no one in power can abuse there power like cops and dhs workers this goverment is going to hell and its going quick stand up and fight for your rights

SCREW YOU!! Christophers mother was doing laundry while having a close friend watch him while whe was playing right down the hall.  He DID NOT FALL from a window and in no way was his mother at fault! She did everything she could to save him. She was and is a wonderful mother! For those that know her, love her and know the story know the truth! You can play with your thoughts and judgements but they will never be right. Be conciderate of the fact she has lost her son and we have lost a beautiful happy little boy who didnt deserve to be lost! He is an angel now who doent deseve your critism! Im sorry you were attacked for being a bad parent, but surly Adriana was a fantastic mother!
    Thanks,
Loveing friends and family of CHRISTOPHER A. PEREZ!

People, STOP judging. Accidents happen and they happen quickly. No one can have their eyes on a child 100% of the time. Not even the best parents in the world....
