High speed chase ends in crash

A high speed chase that started in Woodland Park, wound down Ute Pass on Highway 24, ended in a crash in Colorado Springs. Several law enforcement agencies are involved in the investigation which began about 1:30 Tuesday morning.

According to Woodland Park Police, an officer tried to pull-over a speeding vehicle. The driver wouldn't stop, heading down Highway 24. The Colorado State Patrol took up the pursuit.

The chase ended in a crash on 31st St. in Colorado Springs. One man was arrested.
