Hundreds of geese flock to Pueblo

With cooler temperatures to the north, hundreds of Canada geese have migrated to Pueblo. Wildlife experts say the reason Pueblo has so many geese is because they're attracted to the city's abundance of water.

The Division of Wildlife is trying to calculate exactly how many geese live in Colorado year-round and how many are migrating. The DOW say new research shows the geese may not be flying very far to get here. "The results of those studies are showing that a lot of birds along the front range spend their entire life here, they don't migrate back and forth summer and winter," said Michael Seraphin, Colorado Division of Wildlife.

The biggest problem with all these geese--they're leaving quite a mess in places such as City Park.
