Seven documents to prepare before you die

Larry Gaddis is a Colorado Springs attorney who has been doing estate planning for 40 years. He started out just drawing up wills, but over time, has added several documents with fancy titles for his clients.
"The other fancy things really, sometimes, are more important than the will, really," says Gaddis.
It's these other things, he points out, that end up in court more often than the will itself.
Gaddis points out, the more of your wishes you can put in writing, the less stress you will put your family during a time of grief.
